"The Young Professionals' program was extremely stimulating and rewarding both personally and professionally. Meeting new friends from Lithuania was particularly helpful since it allowed me to view some of the challenges and opportunities in my field in Sweden from a comparative perspective. I also appreciated that the group was composed of people from various different fields rather than just academia, business or the public sector, which distinguished the Young Professionals' program from other leadership programs I have attended in the past."

… one of the 8 participants from Sweden in this program. This in itself is a great achievement and after completing the program I take with me all the knowledge from the fantastic workshops that the program gave and I am extremely grateful that I got to listen to all the lecturers and take tools with me for the future. Swedbank and SEB gave us fantastic premises both in Sweden and Lithuania where we felt at home. The Swedish Lithuanian cooperation fund has done a fantastic job with this program and it was far above my expectations, absolutely fantastic setup and great communication throughout. I look forward to the future and to seeing the development of this program and I hope we will see many more groups participating in the coming years.
